Really, its just a job. Maybe you're so busy because you're very bad at what you do and you can't finish on time. So, realize that everyone has stuff to do and the reason they even talk to you is to take their minds of the fact that they have stuff to do. So, if I accidentally walk by your office and it seems like I'm trying to start a conversation with you, realize that I'm not and please refrain from telling me how much you have to do, because I really don't care.
