Somebody should have told me...but I probably wouldn't have believed them anyway...

I'm sitting at my brother-in-law's place looking out over his back yard. If you can call it that. We all live on our postage stamp lots in our houses which are exactly 12 inches on either side from the other house. As far as the eye can see, houses...houses and more f'ing houses. Is this what life has amounted to? This is what our dreams hopes and desires have been reduced to??? Every free moment, driving from one place to the next. If you don't believe in hell, spend time in suburbia. I think I'm starting to figure it out. If only I could do something about it.
